Our parent company, CCHN is licensed nursing services are provided according to an individualized treatment plan under the direction of the patient’s physician and supervised by a registered nurse. We will also provide support for other health professionals in the home through our multi-disciplinary approach- including physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapy, dietary consultation, medical social workers, and certified home health aides as ordered by the patient’s doctor. Services include:

Catastrophic Care – Spinal Cord Injuries, Paraplegic, Quadriplegic, Tetraplegic
Brain Injured Adults
Infusion therapy
Antibiotic therapy
Pulmonary care
Fluid therapy for hydration
Pain management
Total parental nutrition (hyperalimentation)
